Autumn is here and it’s time to start knocking back the ciders! I love apple cider in any way possible, especially with liquor. Since it’s still an inferno here in California we’ve been drinking more refreshing versions of my favorite autumnal beverage, like this cocktail made with elderflower liqueur, vodka, and sparkling water.
Elderflower Apple Cider Cocktail
Makes one cocktail
1.5 oz apple cider
1.5 oz vodka
.75 oz St. Germain
Shake cider, vodka, and St. Germain with ice. Strain into glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with an apple slice.
I’m a little bit obsessed with boozy popsicles right now. I can’t help it. They’re such a treat.
Here’s my latest boozy pop, guys. Watermelon, vodka, and St. Germain. I had one for breakfast this morning.
2 cups watermelon puree
4 tbs vodka
3 tbs St. Germain
1 tbs honey
a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Blend it all together, freeze it, and eat it. Now grab a watermelon and get to it.
